Pegi was an extraordinary person—someone I only got to see once or maybe twice a year, but with whom I felt a close connection from our first encounter. She had such an exceptionally open and friendly approach to everyone, you couldn’t help but feel welcome. I can still see her walking up a path in Vermont, chatting happily with Michael, and thinking - this woman is the soul of humanity. She was what we are meant to be. I/we all will miss her deeply.
