I worked with Pegi for 10 years when she was at WWF…all through the Endangered Spaces Campaign. She was fair minded to a fault and was always the person to see the good side of people, even when they sometimes did not deserve it. When she started work at CEGN we reconnected and I enjoyed helping her pull together informative events that advance environmental protection across Canada. I will always hear her laugh in my mind when I think of chatting and gossiping about the evils of Jason Kenney or other planet wreckers and what we could do to stop them. Behind the warm laugh and constant smile was a fierce fighter for the good things in the world.
